DOCK SUPPLY PERMITTING

Thank you for your interest in working with us.  We are very interested in helping you with your waterfront construction needs.  Our experience in the coastal waterfront environment includes 20+ years on the Georgia coast working on the waterways and in the surrounding marshes.  Mindi Morrall-Ansley has been in the marine construction field since 1987.  Rhonda Knight, Coastal Permitting Director, has been working in the permitting field for approximately 10 years.

We have a unique insight into the permitting process both from a construction and agency point of view.  Our services include designing both residential and commercial water facilities.  Rhonda Knight has extensive experience in processing permits as well as setting marsh and shore jurisdictional lines.  Based on our past experience, we have the ability to review sites and make recommendations as to what the best design will be for the particular application.

Because we offer our time as a service, we generate our income from giving advisement and processing permit applications.  We charge an hourly fee of $100 to consult on your project’s needs.  If we agree to go forward with a project then these fees would be included in the engagement letter.  This letter will outline what our services include; a time frame in which the permit can be submitted and when the fees will be due.

If you choose to use Dock Supply for your waterfront construction needs (ie. Erosion control products, dock construction supplies) then these fees may be waived.  This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Please let us know how we can make your waterfront dreams come true.
